I'm a massive fan of using the placement and styling of words on the page when writing poetry. Visual artistry is part of my creative background and I enjoy bringing it into my writing. I have received comments more than once that readers don't like to see italics in writing because they are being told how to read the piece by the writer. That made me scratch my head just a little, I'll be honest. Take that approach to the nth degree and you may as well give the blank sheet of paper and pen to the reader (turned writer).

Great 60 seconds - a palate cleanser for my day.
I’m actually not a big italics user. But again. All these things are tools. It’s up to us to decide what works for us.
Polysyndeton. I learned a new term. Eloquent and succinct. I learned a lot in 60 seconds. Thank you.
Thanks for listening, Holly.
